CAN I CANCEL THE GIFT VOUCHER?
The Gift Voucher cannot be cancelled, and the amount will not be refunded. It can only be exchanged for a reservation made solely and exclusively on the SOMMOS Hoteles website, for a maximum period of 1 year from the time of purchase. Under no circumstances will the amount paid for the purchase of the Gift Voucher be refunded. Gift Voucher is personal and non-transferable and may only be used for a reservation made in the same name of the person who bought it or the person to whom it was given away during the purchase.
Where can I find the hotel's address and phone number?
Choose the name of the hotel in the "Hotels" section, then in the "Location" segment you will find the contact details and how to reach the hotel (based on where you are travelling from).
What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 16.00, while check-out is until 12.00.
How can I request an early check-in or a late check-out?
If you have any special requests, please indicate them when making your reservation (e.g., arrival/departure times). We will let you know about availability. Should it not be possible, we will inform you about our free luggage storage service.
Are there any special services for luggage?
Yes, there is a luggage storage service where you can safely leave your bags. You can use this service until your room is available or after check-out at no extra cost.
Up to what age can children stay for free?
Babies up to two years old, included, are free in accommodation in existing beds in the room.
Breakfasts and meals have a charge: €6.00 per day for breakfast and €15.00 per day for half board.
Please, notify the hotel if children are to be accommodated at the time of booking.
Are cots available in the rooms? How can I get one?
Our hotels are equipped with cots. As there are only a limited number and they are subject to an extra daily cost, please let us know beforehand.

How will I know my reservation has been confirmed?
The last page in the reservation process on our official website generates a confirmation number. You will also receive an email containing details of your reservation.
Additionally, you can access your reservation by entering your email address and password in the "My Reservation" section on our website.
How do I make special requests in my reservation?
If you have any special requests, please indicate them when making your reservation (e.g., room type, arrival/departure times or allergies).
How can I change or cancel my reservation?
If you made your reservation through our website or over the phone, it will be simple and easy. If you need to make any changes or cancel your reservation, contact us using the contact form on our website, call us on 974 551 061 or write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Remember to include the arrival date, tracking number and name on the reservation. We will reply within 24 hours.
If your reservation is through another channel (e.g., Booking, Expedia, etc.), then you need to make your changes or cancellation through their sites.
The cancellation policy can be checked prior to making a reservation as it may vary depending on the dates chosen.
If you choose a non-refundable rate, remember you cannot change your reservation or obtain a refund.
Can a reservation made at a prepayment rate be changed or cancelled?
Prepayment rate reservations are non-refundable and cannot be changed or cancelled. Please contact us in cases of "force majeure".

Our hotels have restaurants and cafés where you will find an excellent range of culinary options in a unique setting. Do the dining services include options for restrictive diets (e.g., coeliac, vegan, vegetarian)? How can I request these options?
Is a special menu required? We have alternative dishes for restrictive diets, e.g., gluten-free, lactose-free, special dishes for vegetarians and vegans. You need to order in advance, letting reception know when you make your reservation or at check-in. We are here to help you in any way possible!

Room service is only available at SOMMOS Hotel Aneto.
Which amenities and services are included in the room rate?
All reservations include breakfast, which features a delicious full buffet.
At SOMMOS Hotel Benasque SPA, you can access a sports area and the heated pool for free.
At SOMMOS Hotel Aneto, you can access the pool with its relaxing water jets and the sun terrace for free. The sports area, "Las Piedras" reading room and playroom are also freely available. Cyclists have access to a "Bike-friendly" space, while you can store your skis in the lockers provided.

Are there any adjoining rooms?
Both hotels indeed contain adjoining rooms. SOMMOS Hotel Aneto also features connecting rooms, which are the equivalent of two double rooms with a maximum capacity of three people.

Are there rooms for smokers?
Our hotels are smoke-free zones, so there are no rooms for smokers. However, there are large garden terraces in our cafés for your needs.
Are there safes in the hotel rooms?
Safes are only available in the SOMMOS Hotel Aneto rooms.
Are the rooms and communal areas accessible to wheelchairs? Are there rooms adapted to the needs of the disabled?
Each hotel has three fully adapted rooms. If you need one, make sure to let us know when making your reservation.
The large communal areas in our hotels mean they are easily accessible to wheelchair users. SOMMOS Hotel Aneto**** holds an Equalitas Vitae accessibility certificate.
Do the hotels allow pets?
Your dog can come stay in our rooms with terraces! Make sure to contact us first, and remember, just one dog per room and at an additional cost per day. No other pets permitted.
