You can buy a gift voucher from SOMMOS Hoteles through our website by clicking on “ Buy myself a gift voucher” or “ Give someone a gift voucher”.
Each gift voucher is personal and non-transferable and can only be used for a reservation made in the same name as the person who purchased it or the person to whom it was gifted during the purchase.
Can I cancel a gift voucher?
The SOMMOS Hoteles' gift voucher cannot be canceled and the amount is non-refundable. It can only be redeemed for a reservation made solely and exclusively on the SOMMOS Hoteles' website, during a maximum period of 1 year from the moment of purchase. Under no circumstances will the amount paid to purchase the gift voucher be refunded. Each gift voucher is personal and non-transferable and can only be used for a reservation made in the same name as the person who purchased it or the person to whom it was gifted during the purchase.
Where can I find the hotel's address and phone number?

What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in begins at 4:00 p.m. and check-out is until 12:00 p.m.
How can I request an early check-in or a late check-out?
If you have any special requests, such as arrival or departure time, when making the booking at SOMMOS Hoteles. We will inform you of the availability, as well as offer a free luggage storage service in case it is not possible.
Are there any special services for luggage?
There is a luggage storage service where you can safely leave your luggage at SOMMOS Hotels. You can use this service until your room is available or after check-out at no extra cost.
Up to what age can children stay for free?
At SOMMOS Hotels, babies up to two years old (included) are free in accommodation in existing beds in the room.
Breakfasts and meals have a charge: €6.00 per day for breakfast and €15.00 per day for half board.
Please, notify the hotel if children are to be accommodated at the time of booking.
Are cots available in the rooms? How can I get one?
We have cots for babies at SOMMOS Hotels. Always upon prior request, as there is a limited number, and subject to an additional daily charge.

How will I know my reservation has been confirmed?
The last page in the reservation process on our official website of SOMMOS Hoteles generates a confirmation number. You will also receive an email containing details of your reservation.
Additionally, you can access your reservation by entering your email address and password in the "My booking" page on our website.
How do I make special requests in my reservation?
You can tell us your special requests such as room type, arrival or departure time, or allergies, when making the reservation on the website of SOMMOS Hoteles.
How can I change or cancel my reservation?
If you made your reservation through our website or over the phone, it will be simple and easy. If you need to make any changes or cancel your reservation, contact us using the contact form on our website, call us on 974 551 061 or write to us at info@sommoshoteles.com. Remember to include the arrival date, tracking number and name on the reservation. We will reply within 24 hours.
If your reservation is through another channel (e.g., Booking, Expedia, etc.), then you need to make your changes or cancellation through their sites.
The cancellation policy can be checked prior to making a reservation as it may vary depending on the dates chosen.
If you choose a non-refundable rate, remember you cannot change your reservation or obtain a refund.
Can a reservation made at a prepayment rate be changed or cancelled?
Prepayment rate reservations are non-refundable and cannot be changed or cancelled. Please contact us in cases of "force majeure".

Do the dining services include options for restrictive diets (e.g., coeliac, vegan, vegetarian)? How can I request these options?
Is a special menu required? We have alternative dishes for restrictive diets, e.g., gluten-free, lactose-free, special dishes for vegetarians and vegans. You need to order in advance, letting reception know when you make your reservation or at check-in. We are here to help you in any way possible!

All reservations include breakfast, which features a delicious full buffet.
At SOMMOS Hotel Benasque Spa, you can access a sports area and the heated pool for free.
At SOMMOS Hotel Aneto, you can access the pool with its relaxing water jets and the sun terrace for free. The sports area, "Las Piedras" reading room and playroom are also freely available. Cyclists have access to a "Bike-friendly" space, while you can store your skis in the lockers provided.
There is also a storage area for your luggage.
Is there a laundry service available?
A laundry service is available in our hotels. Find all the details at reception.
Are there any adjoining rooms?
Both hotels indeed contain adjoining rooms. SOMMOS Hotel Aneto also features connecting rooms, which are the equivalent of two double rooms with a maximum capacity of three people.
Make sure to check availability and order in advance.
Are there rooms for smokers?
Our hotels are smoke-free zones, so there are no rooms for smokers. However, there are large garden terraces in our cafés for your needs.
Are there safes in the hotel rooms?
Safes are only available in the SOMMOS Hotel Aneto rooms.
Are the rooms and communal areas accessible to wheelchairs? Are there rooms adapted to the needs of the disabled?
Each hotel has three fully adapted rooms. If you need one, make sure to let us know when making your reservation.
The large communal areas in our hotels mean they are easily accessible to wheelchair users. SOMMOS Hotel Aneto**** holds an Equalitas Vitae accessibility certificate.
Do the hotels allow pets?
Your dog can come stay in our rooms with terraces! Make sure to contact us first, and remember, just one dog per room and at an additional cost per day. No other pets permitted.
What is the voltage of the electricity supply? What kind of plugs / wall sockets are used?
The voltage for electronic devices is 220V. The plugs and sockets are type 5, i.e., European sockets.
What does the Standard Double Room + E-bikes offer include?
Our new standard double room + E-bikes offer includes everything you need to have an unforgettable experience:
- Accommodation in standard double room.
- Rental of 2 e-bikes* with helmets and repair kit for punctures.
- Pick-up and return service at the hotel.
Our electric bicycles are either Scott or Bergamont, both superior quality brands, and are maintained and serviced daily, ready for your enjoyment. Available in different sizes: S, M and L.

Scott and Bergamont electric bicycles, with front suspension and full suspension, and shock absorbers with 150mm of shock travel. The Bosch motors are 500-600w, with an range in "eco" mode of up to 90km and on a 3000m slope. The bikes have 4 help modes: "Eco", "tour”, “Emtb”, "turbo".
E-bike models are available for adults.
Prices include accommodation, rental of e-bike/s, helmets and repair kit for one day.
Guests who book the new standard double room + E-bikes offer must sign the following contract before picking up the e-bikes.
What information should I indicate in my standard double room + E-bikes reservation?
So that we can offer you the best service, all you have to tell us is the height of the e-bike users to determine the size that best suits your needs, and the date when you wish to have the e-bikes available in our hotel.
How can I change the number of e-bikes I wish to rent?
The standard double room + E-bikes offer requires renting 2 electric bicycles for the same number of nights of your stay.

Where and when should I sign the e-bike rental contract?
The contract must be signed before the the e-bikes are picked up. You can send it signed via email aneto@sommoshoteles.com quoting your reservation code in the email. You can also sign it at SOMMOS Hotel Aneto's reception desk.
Who should I contact if I have any kind of problem with the e-bikes?

When can the e-bikes be picked up?
E-bikes can be picked up from Monday to Sunday from 9:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Where can I store the e-bikes when I am not using them?
We have a free "bike shed" located in the covered parking area, which has direct access to the rooms of the SOMMOS Hotel Aneto.
