Gastronomy and adventure under the stars in Cerler

Winter in the Benasque Valley is a magical season offering a wide variety of activities for all tastes. From snow sports to unique culinary experiences, it's the perfect destination to enjoy the beauty and excitement of the Pyrenees.
Among these activities, Snowcooking Cerler stands out. Held on March 20, this event has captivated ski and fine dining lovers with an unforgettable experience that blends sports, haute cuisine, and dreamlike landscapes in the heart of the Aragonese Pyrenees.
The event began at the closing of the resort, when participants took the chairlift to the El Bosque cabin, where a toast welcomed them as the sun set behind the mountains, marking the beginning of an unforgettable evening.
They then descended upon the Cota Dosmil restaurant. The menu, created by the Guayente School of Hospitality, surprised everyone with signature dishes paired with wines from the SOMMOS Winery, in a warm and exclusive setting for just 35 diners.
The magic continued with a night ski descent under the stars, lit by torches to Cerler 1,500, closing out a night where snow and haute cuisine created unforgettable memories.
