Benasque is a charming mountain village surrounded by the Pyrenees’ highest peaks, located under the watchful eye of Aneto Peak and between two National Parks (Ordesa and Aigüestortes) at the heart of Posets-Maladeta Natural Park. This activity is suitable for everyone for the first 9 km, with fun wave trains where you can play while floating down the Ésera River on an inflatable raft. The difficulty level is low, so children aged 5 and over can participate.It begins in the Campo area, where you can also take the day and visit the Museum of Traditional Games or go to Aínsa and visit the historic city centre that has won it a place among the ‘Prettiest Towns in Spain’.

A small loop with an elevation difference of 130 m; completely suitable for children. As a unique feature, it identifies the different plant species you’ll find along the way. It’s very fun for children, as the lovely scenery, burbling river, spectacular Gorgas de Alba waterfalls and wooden bridges make it the perfect setting for a fairy tale. This route is easy, pleasant, and for a first trail, not too strenuous!
